Our meat and potatoes is monthly bookkeeping and tax preparation for small businesses, but we also offer billing and HR services. We believe in a price that includes everything and so we work hard with out clients to define scope. Pricing starts at $600 a month for ongoing services. Projects billed at $150 per hour w/ a defined limit of hours.

I started my career in the world of restaurants, opening The Porter Beer Bar in 2008. The Porter was a semi-finalist for James Beard’s Best Bar Program three times, as well as often listed as one of the best beer bars in the US and hosted the prestigious Zwanze Day.
Of course it wasn’t all awards and rainbows, I have cleaned grease traps and bathrooms, poured beer and tossed out drunks. I sold The Porter in 2022 after rebuilding the business from the devastation of the pandemic.
I began helping friends who had started their own small businesses. I found there was a real need for financial knowledge to be translated to the everyday for small business owners. Most small business owners want to focus on their craft or building their business, not bookkeeping!
